Sheriff’s Daily Fee Collections

The GUTS’ Daily Fee Collection application allows the user to easily maintain and track services and related fees provided by the Sheriff’s Office.
These services can be tracked within a specified amount of time, total the accumulated fees, and provide a printable invoice to send to the person or business.
We have found many Kentucky Sheriff’s Offices do not have an efficient way of tracking their service fees, and in turn may not be maximizing on the payments associated with each one. With our Daily Fee Collection application, you will not overlook payment collections.
The Daily Fee Collection application offers user-friendly fee tracking to help your office run more efficiently. The Sheriff’s Office can track any fee for services that may be provided. Some of the fees may include, but are certainly not limited to, the following.

• Vehicle Inspection
  • You may have an “on-site” fee and a “travel or trip” fee, depending on your office fee setup.
• Copy of Accident Report or Theft Report
• Copy of photos from accident
